The staff here are nice and friendly. Dr.Shum did a very excellent job with my daughter's teeth and I highly recommend this place.

First and foremost, I want to say that I am extremely happy and satisfied with my orthodontics treatment. As someone who needed to get braces for a while, I was told by a different specialist that I needed to wait till I got older, opt in for surgery, and then do my braces. After over a decade of contemplating, my dentist recommended me to go to Dr. Shum and I felt very cared for and informed from to get go. Dr. Shum walked me through the alternatives that I have as it pertains to surgery or not and after reassurance of her expertise in taking care of underbites, after 2 years I can comfortably say that everyone that I know acknowledged the amazing work that Dr. Shum was able to do. For anyone, especially anyone that has an underbite and is hesitant to get it treated, I would strongly recommend Dr. Shum. Along with Joanne, I was able to have my teeth treated and now comfortably smile. The ability to accommodate and fit in emergencies, always being available to answer questions, and going above and beyond really made for my treatment to be very smooth. I strongly recommend for anyone that wants to have both excellent results and excellent service

Dr. Lillian Shum and her staff is the worst office. Rude and gossip her patients in front her other paitents. I don't think they are professional at all. Charge patients a lot money too. I recommend my son's firend, but she chareged them so much just become they are rich family?

Dr. Shum is one of the most caring people I've ever met. When visiting her for monthly checkups it's always a pleasant experience.I still have braces and really like the progress on my teeth. I'll be updating my review with pictures once I'm done with treatment.The office is clean, looks professional and very welcoming. I know she makes at least 1 improvement to it each time I see her.Her staff are very friendly people and I love talking to every single one of them.If you're considering getting braces, see Dr. Shum. She'll put in 120% and genuinely cares about your oral, personal, and professional health.

Dr.Shum is truly a gem. She cares for her patients, and I always saw progress after every appointment. I did not like my smile and I had a really bad bite, but after two years of having braces I absolutely love my results. Joanne and her team are also very lovely and welcoming. Can’t say it was the most pleasing experience. Let a message and was so ooo secretive when I got a call back on who they are! It’s simple great way to start off a convo. “Hi this is so and so dental clinical calling you back” should I ever leave a message to be breaded with questions when I don’t know WHO THEY ARE. I dunno but be careful if you leave one here. BUINESS should be open to following conversations not closed other wise close your doors and change your number to private. That’s in a sense how they were acting, wow!
