We live in Alberta while my folks live on the Island. It has been hard for us to explain to them how to use their devices over telephone. It usually ends up in lots of arguments. We worry that they are pressing wrong buttons and falling for clickbait scams. So we called Gavin and he went there to help them out.Sure enough, they had Malware and viruses cos they clicked on phishing ads, etc. We paid for all their lessons and it has brought a ton of peace of mind now that we know our parents got someone they can rely on. Classes are still ongoing and they are loving it in spite of being very resistant in the beginning. Phew!!

Gavin has helped me with a variety of things. He taught me how to use my new Apple laptop which turned out to be so much easier than a PC. Why did I wait so long?! He also helped me setting up my cell phone and we went to the mall to find a good plan for me. There are so many things I would not have known to do or ask, his help has made using my gadgets so much easier and more enjoyable. FYI seniors, Apple stuff is MUCH easier and less of a headache!
