I went to this place for 3 days in a row during their advertised business hours only to find them closed. Every. Single. Time. I even called the number. No sign starting they'll be back in 5 because they're in the bathroom ... Nothing. I hope that nothing bad had happened to the employees but if something bad did happen, post a sign saying we will back at this date or whenever.

I was there with my friend and the sales person was very pleasant and quickly put a new battery in her husband's watch. It's tucked away next to Foot Locker so it would be easily missed.

I was pleased at first as the place fixed my necklace, charged me $31 for a new clasp. I was suprised when it cost so much. I asked if it was silver. He said no, white gold. So then I thought the price was ok. But when I got home I checked under a magnifying glass and found out it was silver. If that is the price of silver, I am fine, but not happy it was passed off as white gold. I Feel like I was being taken for a ride. Just not sure if I was overcharged. I want to be fair as they were quick and handy for me to go to. But not sure if I can trust it now.

Came here for first time after phone call and getting a quote. He changed batteries for all of my wrist watches, very courteous, polite, helpful, reasonable. The quality of client service and skill at its finest.Marked him as my go to guy from now onwards.

Amazing!! Went here after another store said they couldn't fix a wrist watch clasp. Here, he showed us why it was broken amd replaced it in 20 minutes while we waited! Fabulous person working here! Will be my go to place from now on
