I called this location and asked a question and the women hung up on me and was extremely rude it was bizzare

The employee at 6:58 pm Monday, April 10, 2023 swore at me as she walked away from her her window after my transaction. She said “Fucking asshole”. She says I was rude. I am not rude. I told her she is unfriendly and curt with other customers. She did not appreciate my honest comment. I will seek out another money mart to avoid this very unprofessional person and I will tell many people to avoid this particular money mart located on North Road Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada

Please don’t come this locationWhen she comes here, she is a cagey worker, she has no idea what to do, and she is wasting your time. And in the end, she will charge you 40 dollars.Today I wasted 3 hours of my time for no reason

Shela was very pleasant and respectful but unfortunately the store and lacks of management wasn't able to help me retrieve $1200 who was sent to me. What a joke. Well they will not going to have my business im the future.

I usually go to this place for receiving or sending money using western union. The staff is really nice, kind, professional and helpful. There service is very fast and waiting times are short, if any.Due to the Covid situation, currently they have very good health protocols in place as well. Over all, I have always had a good experience and would highly recommend this branch.

Terrible service and process. Was refused to exchange Euros.When I asked her how much you're buying Euros she asked me, how much I have. I said that you don't have written currency, so you'd better told me how much I receive. That'd depend how much I would like to change. She said she had not much cash, I repeated my question how much is price per Euro?? She answered that 1.39Than I told I'd like to change 300€, she asked me passport. I gave. Than she asked me telephone number, I gave.Than she began asking me address and post code. I asked if she want to give me credit or just exchange money ? What about finger prints ??She said she won't give me money without that information. I said, I have no address. I've just came from Ukraine, you keeping my passport all the time. I've just arrived, I need to change money to go by bus here, I don't have address here. She frozen and didn't know what to do. She asked me where I'm going. I answered, sorry, but it's not your business where I'm going. Will you change me money or not ? She said not. I asked to give back my passport, she was still holding it. She gave me passport back, I didn't exchange money. It was Saturday evening, everything was closed.That's disgusting. Traveled more than 20 countries, never seen something like that. Thank you very much for support.

I regularly send money to help our extended family. The people working at this location, are very professional, they understand the subjects.I am quite happy with the management to arrange a good team here.specially Mrs. Zhila goes out of her way to help people. She wouldnt cash my check from icbc because she thought it was fake. Even after showing her the claim details and emails with icbc. First and last time at this location.
