Notary Zaharia has shown patience, professionalism, and resourcefulness, in a real estate file with clients of mine recently. I appreciate that she has gone above and beyond her obligations to obtain answers for them, and that she has taken the time to clearly explain options to first-time buyers. Selling or buying a home can be a high stress time, and it's good to know that there are level heads like Notary Zaharia out there, to advocate for and thoroughly counsel clients.

Horrible, horrible notary. Everything is done at the last minute. Notary doesn’t understand the business. Hours of operation are not respected as posted on Google. They also are not willing to help you in your native language. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t waist your time. Find another notary. Someone qualified with proper knowledge of the industry and todays standards.
