I cannot express how grateful I am to have ran into Gio and the Yes Dear crew. I bought my first rental probably a year and a bit ago and had some serious issues. I had quotes on everything with multiple companies but no matter what I always went with Gio. He’s reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with. I’m in the trades myself and know a good tradesman when I see one. If you’re reading this and even contemplating another company don’t even bother. Yes Dear is the best decision you’ll make.
