Great Lakes Helicopter

Great Lakes Helicopter is a great place to go if you are wanting to learn to fly or if you just want to go in a helicopter. i had a lot of fun going from their place to Niagara Falls. it was about a 2 hour trip and it was definitely worth the money.

I started my PPL training with Great Lakes in November of 2020 and have loved every moment. I count down the days until my next lesson! Everyone is very friendly and I feel like part of the team. It's great to find instructors that are passionate about their aviation careers, and where safety is always their top priority. I definitely plan on doing additional ratings with them as I progress through my training. Excited for what's to come! I still pinch myself every time we takeoff!

Excellent ServiceWe took the flight from St Catherine's to Buffalo with our pooch. They had our truck shipped as well - then we drove from Buffalo to FLAThe flight lounges on both sides of the border were top notch - our pup was treated very well - they answered all of our questions and we had great communication through the whole process. My gal was really nervous but Jeremy turned that nervousness into a really pleasant experience. Customs came to the helicopter - all paperwork was with them in advance - so it was a very easy process. Truck was waiting for us when we arrived. Just so nicely coordinated from start to finishI Highly recommend these folks - A+

Amazing experience! Shoutout to Matt our pilot who did an amazing job making sure we were comfortable during the flight. Would definitely recommend to friends! Was a great way to celebrate our anniversary :)

My husband and I went for a tour of the school last week as we are interested in taking the course. Bailey showed us around the school and was very informative.

Enjoyed my first helicopter ride with our pilot, Hayden. He did a great job flying and answered all my 101 questions. I felt safe the entire time. Looking forward to going up again!

Absolutely thrilling. So different and much better than flying in a small plane. Stan, our pilot, was fabulous. He gave a running commentary of all the sights and landmarks we were flying over. Will be doing this again, for sure.
