The franchisee Shukri does an amazing job of keeping things just the way we like and any time there has been anything we want to change, she's right on top of it. We feel very well represented with Jan Pro, from the cleaning staff, right up to the office staff - Julie, always makes me laugh when she checks in to see how everything is running.
