Vayusha Yoga | South Surrey | Vayusha Yoga offers many variations of yoga, ranging from the traditional Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and more. Vinyasa means “flow” which allows for flowing movement to guide you from one pose to the next. Classes are offered both in-studio and online.

Fantastic studio located in Surrey. I live in Cloverdale and go to this location all the time. The instructors are incredible and offer lots of one to one support. There is a wide range of services including meditation during parts of the year. Studio is quiet and calm, great place to practice. I love it here.

Loud reception area, not enough classes for the pricing! The exact same teachers as Westcoast Hot Yoga, and I mean exact with no business trend-styles to offer for the yogis. Too repetitive and would just go to Westcoast as the same teachers are over there for slightly cheaper!

Almost done my 1 month trial pass. This studio is amazing, great teachers, huge room with big windows all around. Such a nice peaceful vibe for yoga classes. All the girls at reception are great as well. Will definitely be taking more classes here. Definitely a hidden gem.

Had my first class today with my partner and I LOVED it. I’ve been looking for a place that truly practices yoga rather than the western “fitness yoga” that’s more popular these days. Still feeling amazing after Brownyns flow class this morning :) 100% recommend this place if anyone is looking for great people, atmosphere and true yoga practice that isn’t too crowded either! :)I’ll be returning shortly! Thank you staff (including front desk) for a wonderful experience through and through! ❤️

Very nice new studio in the Morgan Crossing area. They seem to have a good variety of classes. I attended the Sunday morning flow class. It was great! I will check it out again for sure :).

Loved the prenatal yoga with Denise. She was a fabulous teacher that offered lots of flexibility in poses depending and on how your pregnancy was treating you that day. During the course of the classes she would offer helpful tips and stretches to use at home depending on what aches and pains your were experiencing as well as things that helped in labour.

Every time I come to White Rock I go for a class here. Great studio with friendly, knowledgeable instructors and a good variety of classes. Would definitely recommend!

I've been attending Cathy's class every Wednesday night for more than 2 years. This is a great community of people with some really excellent instructors. The owners were very accommodating with memberships during yoga closures and did everything they could to continue offering classes.The studio is clean and inviting with a convenient location. Can't say enough about how much I enjoy Vayusha.
