If you purchase a Ford vehicle be aware that the service department is highly disorganized and has very poor communication. Although they are kind and friendly people they don't operate in a cohesive manner. My time has been wasted numerous times while needing servicing. If someone is in charge of your service and they're off work the next day the person who takes over has no idea what's going on. They also do not return phone calls even if your vehicle is currently in their shop being serviced. I had to show up there because my call was not returned.
