The Brick Distribution Centre

Although your team was delayed due to an automoble accident that closed Hwy. 99, they telephoned us as soon as it became apparent that they were running behind schedule and we assured them that we were going to be in for the rest of the afternoon so no worries; once here, they were efficient, careful and friendly.

It was easy to pick up the mattress and office chair I needed. I would've had to wait for a week for delivery but was able to pick it up the next day from the distribution centre. I was happy with the service provided

I had delivery of my adjustable bed frame, mattress, headboard and accessories. I have had previous deliveries from Brick itself and it was a good experience by asking me where they want me to put the items.These guys were not comparable to any of those. They just put it in my garage and took the disposable queen mattress and the box spring of my king bed which I had clearly mentioned when I went to purchase my new mattress and adjustable base and headboards that I have 2 twin box springs. I was told to put them in the king size cover and they would take it.They started complaining then and there itself saying it is 2 items. I told them that that is what Brick had advised me. That's when they left it in the garage. (I suffer from back issues, so I barely carry any heavy objects upstairs). Me living in a townhouse and it being recylcing day, I thought they would come back after moving the truck and blocking other units entrances, but they never did. I had to quickly hold on to the adjustable base, as it was sliding from the wall and about to slam on the floor. I called them twice but to no avail, which eventually led me to call the Brick office.Finally, in the afternoon, they came and took it upstairs and set it up, which was fine apart from their unpleasant faces. Before they left, they told me to open the garage door at which point I figured what they had in mind. They took one of the twin boxspring and put it in my garage and said NOW WE ARE DONE" as if like he had a vendetta. I was in no mood to fight

After a horrible experience, the office and warehouse employees at the LFL group pulled one out of the hat for a Christmas miracle. I unfortunately was mislead by a brick employee, and with tears in my eyes after a 13 hr drive, these kind wonderful people went so far above and beyond for me, that they redeemed my faith in humanity, and prevented me from sleeping on a floor, or getting a hotel at a personal cost to myself of almost $600.I had purchased a mattress over the phone that I only purchased because I was assured multiple times the warehouse hours were later than they actually were On dec 31 Obvs yes I confirmed the hours multiple times first and was assured.Since my movers were delayed due to mechanical issues) so thank you to the manager! Sarah I believe. And the boys in the back! Top tier. I appreciate you!

Bought dining table set from Surrey location, staff and customer service was perfect and very helpful, picked up the item from Delta warehouse same day and their staff and service was good as well, would definitely recommend and come back at The Brick.

Friendly staff, competent at ther jobs, happy loading area has roof over ut to stay cool and stay dry!

Beginning with the experience of ordering and paying for the dishwasher on the phone. The customer service agent cannot communicate with me, spoke to me in a manner that made me feel like I was the problem because he couldn’t communicate with me, could not provide me with the information make and model of what I was looking at on your website and told me repeatedly that I was wrong.I was directed to the warehouse facility for customer pick up in which I was not given proper instruction on what was needed to be done in order to pick up my purchase.the warehouse person spoke to me in a rude manner, then ordering me to the customer service desk to speak to them before coming to see him, and when I went and spoke to the front customer service desk, the woman spoke to me as if I was interrupting her day at work and that I was the only person in the lobby. She did not appear to be busy at that moment.I am a cancer. Patient and I have the need to use the washroom frequently and I was told that there is no washer facilities available and I needed to wait 20 to 30 minutes before they could get me my dishwasher.This experience has left me wondering if I will make purchases with your company in the future I recommend your company to anyone in the future

Every time I try to shop somewhere else, I always end up buying at The Brick. The store teams are always easy to work with, and the entire delivery team is committed to making it easy to get my purchases.

Rav was an excellent sales rep, getting to the warehouse was easy to find. The people at the warehouse were excellent and didn’t make us wait too long.

Table was so difficult to assemble and the materials were awful quality. The chair was easy to be assembled but the durability is questionable
