The Grime Fighters team did a range of work at the apartment I live at: window cleaning, exterior and interior dryer vent cleaning, and parking lot cleaning. Apartment caretaker has informed that they are done and gone. Many units not cleaned - hire grime fighters if you want to pay for a service that doesn't happen.

We hired Grime Fighters to clean our strata's gutters, windows and power wash the sidings. They did a terrific job. would totally recommend them and hire them again next year! After researching plenty. we were concerned for getting the best as it was a big job we needed (3 buildings), as our gutters had not been cleaned in 7 years!!! Some had 3 feet plants growing out of them. Grime Fighters were recommended to us by a couple of other stratas. They had their own lift & proper WCB clearance, unlike many other companies. FYI: if any contractor gets injured on your property while doing work & they dont have WCB clearance, they will sue you or your strata for personal injury to get access to your property insurance. So make sure they have WCB clearance. On the day of the job, they were literally hand digging dirt out of the gutters and bringing them down by the buckets full! They even got the grumpy old owner who NEVER agrees on anything, coming out after they left, knocking on my door and telling me what a great job they did and also to rub in my face that his gutters were cleaner... I have more trees in my yard than his! I remember the first thing my professor said to the class in my Real Estate Appraisal course many years ago, the most important investment when you buy a house is a power washer, so don't cheap out. It will help maintain your property value.Thank you Travis & Enrique, for reminding me of his advice, our complex looks shiny and new again, and helping us maintain our property value! You guys were super professional and friendly to everyone, including the super grumpy tenant, well done.
