Absolutely atrocious customer relations. I was bought a car starter for Christmas, and it was installed (and paid for) in January. Find jennifer, shes awesome, knowledgeable in everything when it comes to insurance claiming. I love how they turn my damage explorer into new and last but not the least, when they say it will be done on that day, it will be ahead of that day!!i would definitely refer them to all my friends.

I bought my beautiful Denali white in color. I had a scratch on my tailgate that needed to be painted. I brought it to Car salon to get estimate. Needless to say it was fixed in 48hrs workmanship was tip notch I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and the price I would use this company any time again no problem thank you Car salon.

Great experience from start to finish with car salon. Shoutout to Al as well for all his help with getting my car in to replace the back bumper.They were able to get it done in the time they specified. Took it in for work starting Tuesday and they were done by Wednesday.The team cleaned the inside of my car too which was a pleasant surprise!Will definitely use them in the future.

I had perfect AC when I brought it to them. I got it back and it had zero AC.I have called and left many messages no one has returned my call to tell me how they plan to fix it. I paid a lot like ALOTto end up with them leaving something that worked perfectly broken.

Had a buddy take his truck to car salon after somebody cut him off. The truck looked absolutly flawless. They even called him asking him to come in and have a look at some aftermarket grills that they ordered for his truck, and let him decide which one he wanted. Most places when it’s an insurance claim you get what you get like it or not. Not these guys. They are very great to deal with and the knowledge they have is incredible. They are clearly out to make every customer happy. It’s customer service like this shop that will keep their customers happy and coming back. Not to mention the work they did for the repair and the paint has a lifetime warranty. Great work car salon.

Very happy with Car Salon / Tirecraft. I've been there 3 times - twice for different flat tyres: I was able to put on my spare, drop off the flat tyre, and get it back repaired quickly, same day once! Most recently I had my rear bumper repaired after I was rear-ended downtown. I got a quote, once the other guy paid me I called back, they ordered the part, booked in, and I dropped my car off one morning - even got a lift to work. A call the next day to say it was ready, I picked it up the following morning. Bumper was not only replaced (and painted to match) but they'd cleaned it inside and out, and kept it inside since it was snowing. Price was exactly what I was quoted. It's close to my work, they do general automotive repairs too, so I'd definitely use them again.
