Amazing customer service. Norm was great at handling my headlight ppf request, work was done promptly and with great attention to detail. When dealing with modern classics like an E46 M3 CSL C17 Media cuts no corners. But then up for your ppf and wrapping needs.

If I can give them 10 stars I would definitely do so. I recently brought my dad's truck there to get paint protection film done. Because the car is quite difficult to do, it took them a bit longer than expected. When I went to pick up the truck, Chris came out to check it throughly with me and he found a small flaw on the headlight and he quickly offered to redo that part again. It was so small that i didn't even care but he insisted to fix it and came out perfect. Overall I'm very happy with their work and will definitely bring all my cars there to get things done. A+++++ service.

Back in August 2022, I got PPF for my GR86, which included the front bumper, front fenders, hood, headlights, mirror caps, rocker panels, and door cups. They used XPEL Ultimate Plus, and a combination of bulk and precut. Norman was professional and responsive throughout the entire process. The team (Brandon) was quick to address any issues I found within the first week.Problem areas I noticed over the past 6-7 months (March 2023):- Headlight PPF misaligned, resulting in PPF edges running off the sides of the headlight (Fixed - Replaced)- Noticeable relief cuts made on the mirror cap PPF (Fixed - XPEL updated the template)- Noticeable fingerprint marks underneath the mirror cap PPF on the driver's side- Lifting/bubbling on the lower part of the rocker panel PPF- Slight contamination under the hood PPF, fender vent PPF, front fender PPF, and front bumper PPF (small black fibres, perhaps from dust or towels, mostly near corners or edges)- Slight lifting occurring on the bottom edge of the front bumper PPFUpdate (April 2023): The team was kind enough to take the car back for a couple days, and the issues above were addressed to the best of their ability.

I wanted to get the front end PPF on my BMW rewrapped due to some tears it had from an incident at the dealership. From start to finish, the C17media team was courtesy, professional and informative every step of the way. They performed a seamless job and finished my car sooner than expected. I cant recommend them enough for XPEL, Ceramic Pro or full vehicle wraps.
