Excellent Bookstore and has a cooperative staff.. You can buy a lot of books related to different topics and they also sell creative and activity gift items. Recently, I visited Markville Mall branch and avail Buy 2 Get 1 Sale. My kids bought some books too. I am sharing some stuff here.Even if any book is not available there, we can order on their website and buy.Only 1 thing which i missed there was, religious books. I want some books which was not available.

Nice place... but it's not a full size Chapters. I.e. they may not have what you're looking for. Staff is helpful.

Worst service and worst management I have ever met. I guess pandemic is making everyone going crazy and losing their common sense. I lined up for 5 minutes and went into the stores to check out some books with my kids. While I am choosing which books to buy and my kids waiting beside me, the staff asked us to leave as she said there are lots of people waiting outside. They said there is time limit to stay at the store! Is that making sense?! There’s no sign saying that outside. And I just stayed there for 5 minutes. When I walked out, there just 2 families waiting. Whoever the lady in charge in there, shame on you!

Small clean Indigo at Markville Mall. Loved their variety of books, toys and stationary. The interior setting was warm and cozy. Good customer service. The sales associates were friendly and helpful. We got a DIY lip balm kits and 3 books. Prices were reasonable.

Books, books and books! This is an amazing place for books and related stuff. Quite a large store. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are hard bound books and paper backs. In addition, there are stationery items, well displayed. There's one shelf where one could buy three paper backs for 10$. Also one could buy box books- three to four books in one box. One such box contained three Harry Potter titles. There are books on yoga and health issues. One can also find magazines. On the whole, it was a wonderful experience.

I went there to get a price adjustment on my bill after I noticed the item went on sale after few days of the purchase. The cashier had no clue what to do, so I asked her to call her manager. Store manager told me in order to do this you have to bring the item ( which was a kids game table and already assembled) back to the store and refund it first and then repurchase it. so they can adjust the price. Why would I have to disassemble it and bring it for a refund and then take it back and reassemble? All this for doing a price adjustment? It does not make any sense or maybe staff needs retraining.Otherwise why would you call it a price adjustment if i have to do a refund?I went to another location and all they needed was the bill to do the adjustment. If you have no clue of what's supposed to be done just learn or get more training instead of sending customers for run arounds.So inconvenient.
