Responsive, professional with competitive rates. I shopped around and it was clear from the get go these guys wanted the business and their follow-up performance didn't disappoint. We completed a renovation of a character home from the basement to the 2nd floor and the only part of the project that went without a hitch was the window coverings thanks to Open Blind Solutions. When something wasn't right they brought it to our attention rather than the other way around and consulted us every step of the way. All in all a five star experience at less than a five star price.

Alex was very professional when he was at our property. He was up front about what needs to be done and didn't upsell. He didn't take full payment even when we offered until the job was 100% finished and we were satisfied. Would use him again in the future.
