Giardino Restaurant
Wonderful restaurant. Follows historic restaurant mantra and experience. Great setting, ambiance, the food presentation, waiters/waitress knowledge of the menu, and the owner walking around chatting with patrons. Very cool.Light Italian music playing in the background, easy to have conversations and not feel like you are yelling. Yet with a full restaurant, did not feel loud.Food was very tasteful and savory. Each overseen by chefs and owner. Fresh catches of the day were great. You can tell the food was done by those knowledgeable of what they are making.

One of my fave restaurants inside. The outdoor part is just amazing. My party didn’t want to sit outside, which is only kind of outside but we sat right by it and by the kitchen. It’s such an amazing spot. Entertaining spot for kids too who like to watch all the action. The food was great too lol. Sablefish just melted in my mouth.

The waitress was really nice, the food was amazing, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. The owner even came to our table for a bit and seemed like one of the most interesting men I've ever seen. Amazing

Absolutely the best Itailian Restaurant on the west coast. The food was spectacular and the service reflecting this fine restaurant. I can't say enough about the food, the flavors, and the people.

Amazing experience AGAIN! We’ve been coming here for 18 years. Best bison carpaccio I’ve ever had. Service was friendly and professional. Pasta was hot & delicious. Wine choices are wide. Umberto himself works the room, visiting tables and shaking hands. He’s a legend. (Oh and there’s valet parking!)

My best Italian food experience in Vancouver. Always drive by here and see fancy cars nearby and I knew this place is good lolHad the luck to sit in the backyard today (first day to have patio open this year), I felt like eating in Tuscany, it was really cozy and relaxing. The manager Bobby and our servers were excellent, top notch service.Pasta were fabulous, the veal ossobuco was beyond my expectation though it looked average! Lamb rack and halibut were savoury too. Tiramisu and gelato were excellent.Overall we enjoyed the dining experience. One thing I found it interesting is most of the patrons here are elder white people, I guess this is where the old money comes to indulge themselves.
