Very nice and helpful staff. The doctor is patient and caring, answering all questions and concerns. This is the best walk in clinic I have experienced.

The appointment booking system is very convenient. The pharmacy always give us a call once our prescription is ready, so we no longer wait for receiving our medications.My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Kiani as our family doctor, and we have had a consistently positive experience with her. She is always attentive, empathetic, and caring. We highly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled physician.

My experience today with Dr. Kiani was particularly disappointing, as I felt extremely rushed during our consultation. She has a habit of hurrying through appointments and abruptly exiting the room. Her lack of approachability and apparent indifference towards patients' current conditions make it difficult to comfortably discuss health concerns. For the sake of your health and well-being, I would strongly advise considering a different physician.

I was there this morning to get a heart monitor. They are all so kind and so busy. Thank you Sabrina! You Rock! Patients need to relax and realize how lucky they are to have doctors. Without the staff doing the behind the scenes work, doctors couldn't function.

This was my first visit. The administrators were very nice. Everything was on time. Doctor Monica Yuzak was very attentive. She listened to me and answered all my questions. Thank her for her help

I like this clinic only because of Dr.Smit and few other front desk staff who are very nice. Specially the Persian lady is always very helpful. Have had situations that needed to see walk in doctors but they aren’t as caring as Dr.Smit. Overall the clinic atmosphere has improved since they changed to Wellness Health.

I don't often write reviews, but when it's well deserved, i most certainly take the time to do so. I had a specific appointment booked to see Dr. Do, who as a female doctor, was the best experience i have probably had in my life. She makes you feel incredibly comfortable, seen & heard, and answered every one of my questions with incredible knowledge and in a way i could understand. She takes the time for you, and is very compassionate and clearly cares so much for her work as a womens doctor.The front desk staff were so friendly, punctual, helpful and kind! (as are their Tshirts ;)) Even the pharmacists next door were A-class.I don't think they are accepting new patients, however; this would be hands down my first choice in Coquitlam for medi clinics! Thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and welcoming... it truly makes a difference.

I'm very happy with Dr Smit he's awesome. Although the phone lines only being opened from 8:30 to 3pm doesn't help for calling in.I work and can't always call. I did call the day I was supposed to have a call but the phone was not working properly at your office. I was on hold for 16 minutes. Had to hang up as I was at work

My daughter went in and saw Dr Kuzak. She misdiagnosed her by doing a lazy swab which came back negative when clearly her pus-filled tonsils and swollen face were obvious even to me. She refused to give her antibiotics and my daughter cried in pain for two days before I insisted she went back to see someone else. Turns out she has strep! She was then given what she needed. Avoid her at all costs.On saying that, the girl at the front desk, caucasian with dark hair was just amazing. I'd come back just for her.
