Not worthy at all. Expensive for nothing, this place lacks cleanliness, sauna & steam rooms are dirty and not cleaned, washrooms you can’t even change there! Massage waiting room used cups everywhere, hot springs are not well maintained. Staff are not friendly they will not even smile or greet you, they just smile when they are doing your bill. Massage therapist are cold and hurry to finish before time.Overall there are better clean spa less than this!!

Very relaxed vintage wooden Laurenien chalet style spa complex featuring 4 large hot or cold pools, sauna, steam room and solariums, and several treatment rooms. Situated along a river in a valley near Morin Heights (Adjacent to St Sauveur) the spa is completely surrounded by pines brimming with wild birds & animals (saw baby deer just 3 meters away). A pathway leads to a secluded riverfront seating area. The spa is certainly under staffed, is in need of some renovation ( seems like it's been a while since many of the jets in the pools were working), Bistro menu is a bit too basic, locker rooms are beyond too cramped..... but this specific AmeriSpa in Morin Heights just has a real charm. Clients here are told to respect silence, which most seem to respect, although many folks still bring their cellphones, and the folks I met here range in age from late 20s to 60s for the most part, with many coming from as far as Montréal for a day here. Highly recommended, ask about promotions, I got a 10 entry pass for $500 plus tax, a great deal indeed...

Thermal experience is very affordable, especially at 5:30pm or later until closing. Really nice spa, great environment and atmosphere. Thermal pools were great, very relaxing, and sauna was a good size. Really enjoyed the eucalyptus steam rooms. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves, only criticism is that the change room showers were quite dirty, so they could use more care in cleaning the changing rooms.

Great atmosphere and you can speak with friends as long as it isn't too loud(whispering/speaking low encouraged)/it doesn't disturb others

Go to Spa Ofuro next door for a better deal. Spas in eastern townships are above and beyond though. Amerispa is way overpriced for what it is. Not too clean and mediocre service. Massage was ok. Asked therapist for insurance receipt and she was unable to provide. Said she would send in 2 days and has been 2 weeks it hasn’t been sent after leaving messages multiple times.

I writing this review, not to complain. Or to wish ill on this business. Its the opposite. I think its amazing, its here in our community and want it to do better. The Spa, has seen much better days. There are burnt out lights everywhere. The grounds are a mess with weeds growing, fences broken, tiles missing in the pools, pavé, coming a part. Even the sauna's you have to be careful where you sit, because there are boards missing in the benches. The towels they give (just one) are small and pity full. The robes are old, stained and no longer white nor comfortable. The furniture around is not super comfy or inviting, minus the Muskoka chairs. Even the furniture in the main lobby is old and very worn out. That being said. The spa treatments are amazing. The Bistro and the woman who runs it!? 5 star plus! The place its self is beautiful! It just needs some. TLC. It could easily be 5 star place, with some love and patience. Please, Amerispa, bring this place back to its former glory.

The hot pool and ambiance at night are very nice! However, the bathrooms are very dirty. It seemed like no one was there to maintain them. I’d also not recommend their massage. It’s very mediocre and a bit overpriced.

The most terrible spa I have visited. Everything from the unengaged staff, on their phones on site, speaking loudly and not friendly...to the dirty bathrooms, showers and overall site. We spent under 2 hours there and left. The windows so dirty in the Relaxation Area...and not from a couple of days of wind and rain, from rather months of no upkeep. The showers so dirty, soap scum, hair, dirt...awful. when I complained upon leaving I was told the showers were dirty because of renvoations. I have renovated my bathrooms many a times and accumulated dirt is not reno dirt. Very unfortunate since this spa has great potential but the management needs to intervene!! Would never go back and would not recommend.

I am giving this 2 stars simply for the massage. As other reviewers mentioned, place felt very run down and dirty. The womens change rooms were so small you couldn’t even change. There were barely any benches and it was extremely crowded (even on a Monday). There are 2 hot tubs, 1 (almost) hot tub and a cold pool. All of them were packed. There was also no parking, people had to make their own spots. I came with my 18 year old daughter, the crowd is mostly adults and many men were staring at her. The bistro food is limited to sandwiches, salads and soups. It was very good, but busy with only 1 employee. However, massages were amazing. This spa is okay but not worth the money, if you’re willing to drive definitely go to Koena or Nordik Spa in Chelsea/Gatineau.

Overpriced for descent spa. The bathroom was very dirty . For what you pay, there weren't many things to do . After 2 hours I felt like going home . The quiet rooms had very uncomfortable beds/chairs. Also, not to pull the race card, but I was given a warning in the spa that we were making a lot of noise even tho we were whispering while there were so many others talking louder and didn't get the same treatment. Maybe if this place was 30$, I would consider it to enjoy the hot pool, but anything more is a robbery .
