We had The Crack Doctor service a crack in our basement a few years ago. They offer a lifetime guarantee". Our basement has started leaking again (same spot that they fixed). I have been trying to call them for the last few days to come in and have a look at the crack through our warranty. The mailbox is always full. I also did not get a response to my email. Do not use this company! They absolutely do not stand by their repairs. We had a crack repair that is continuing to leak and they are refusing to repair it, even after coming out to look at it. Horrible customer service and unprofessional. Buyer beware!

Sent five emails all spaced two days apart never got one response can’t imagine if I needed help with anything never mind trying to give them business. More like crack clowns.

I hired them to seal the crack below ground but insist theres no possible crack and only put cement on line going inside house and charge me $200. After testing it theres still water going inside house.

We had a big wall crack and water coming in. Crack Doctor repaired and it is now totally dry and fine. We plan to finish the room now.

We received a call back (on Canada Day) within 24 hours of requesting assistance with a water issue in our basement. Michael was very helpful even though it wasn’t something the company deals with. He offered free advice on what we needed to do to dry out our basement and options for replacing the floor - even went as far as to suggest renting the equipment we would need to make this “drying out” experience as inexpensive as possible.While we didn’t use their services if we ever have issues where The Crack Doctor can help we would totally go back to request their assistance without hesitation. We have some cracks in our cold room and they had someone come out to give us a quote. They came out they were not able to give us a quote because they were not able to fix a thing and they charged us $200 to come?!!!??Stay away from this company they will steal your money! I wish I had looked up their Google reviews before I had them come out!

I call the crack doctor regarding a warranty claim. I talked with Michael and he was very professional and ask for a picture of the work that was done. He call be right back within second of the picture being sent. He had a service guy out the next day to do the warranty work. The service tech was Jeremy and he was very professional and explained everything. Thank you crack doctor for standing behind your warranty.
