BUYER BEWARE !!!My sister bought this shoes as items on display. I noticed that it has been worn out a bit. So I asked the associate to give discount but they refused because they told me it was on sale already. I'm okay with this as I think we can change our minds later according to the store's policy. It was the last pair of this size. So after 1 week, we came back to the store and asked for a refund. However, they told me they won't refund because the product is used. In reality, we NEVER USE it. They told me if item is on display. One of them must be clean, the other one should be dirty. However, when people try the shoes at the store. They always wear both. Nobody will try just ONE SHOE !!! Because of that, both shoes must be worn out equally. More worst, the cashier who helped us on that day... refused to say anything...even though he knows the whole story. He packed the shoes for us. I talked to the Corporate website on live chat. But they told us they can't do anything ??? At the end ...nothing is done …I'm completely speechless :o This will be the last time I buy something from here. I never experience anything like this at any other stores....I'm shocked....Please LIKE this comment so others can see !!!

Website says it opens at 10am on Sundays. I left at 1010 to run other errands as it was still closed. Back at 1030 to return an item. Still closed. People standing there puzzled. Left again and bought shoes somewhere else. Came back past 11 am. And finally i was able to return my online purchase . Open at 10 or update website. That was truly irritating.

Tons of selection. Decent prices and great sales. Bought Birkenstocks for my husband for Father’s Day. They had exactly what I was looking for. I ordered ahead and they had it ready for me to pick up in an hour. Great service and fast pickup, friendly staff!

If I was able to give a negative star, I would! Horrible service! The girl with the long dyed red hair was very rude and unprofessional. She was also very rude to her staff that was in training. I am a regular customer at SoftMoc and am so shocked to see that SoftMoc would represent this kind of behavior. Never going back!

I would give a ZERO if I could to this company!!! I purchased a $200+ pair of UGG boots as a Christmas gift for my daughter. We went to exchange it with the original receipt and we were told that the HEARTLAND location refunded it already to a gift card. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? There is an investigation being done; but, in the meantime we are unable to get any exchange or refund, even though we have the original receipt and the original product!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Went in today to get Crocs and was helped by all of the associates!! They each put in extra effort to help me with my purchase and were so kind. They also helped my Mom find shoes for my Dad, which they had to go through multiple steps to find. Lastly, I love how they provided a fun and calm environment in the store. Hence, it's definitely one of the best SoftMoc locations.

Just tried calling the store, lady picked up saying we’re too busy at the moment and hangs up? Without giving me the chance to even say a word. Talk about lack of customer service. Will talk my money else where

Such a poor customer service I wish I could rate them in negative! None of the staff is willing to help even though I was the only one in the store! They are just gossiping, enjoying and doing nothing! The higher authorities must know that they all get paid for doing nothing ! I was their for an hour trying to look for the shoes from the rack but literally nobody helped! This is disgusting!!!

Store is poorly organized and messy. I didn’t even have a place to put my wallet on the cash registers because it was covered in tags and junk. Selection is decent but good luck trying to get someone to help you get a size. Staff is not very attentive and lazy. You’re better off ordering online. However I got a pair of sorrel boots (that they didn’t have in store and I ordered online) and they’re fantasist.

Went to soft mac store in Mississauga was there 15 minutes 10 of those l was the only customer. Could not get any sales staff to come out from behind counter to help me so l left went to another soft mac store in Mississauga as my wife asked for new soft mac slipper in her Christmas list this store had far more customers. Same thing staff would not come out from behind counter to help people could be due to Covid concerns. Sent a note to head office about lack of sales staff at 2 stores. Never heard back from anyone not a very customer friend company
