the last 4 times ive went there i can’t use my points because their scanner doesn’t work the coffee never tastes right they don’t make what i ask for i just asked for a frozen lemonade and they gave me a strawberry creamy chill like what?

There is a guy who is working in Drive thru today 4.30 pm he argued with me by saying extra base to extra can syrup. I explained him in extra base there will be extra cream and I don’t want extra cream. Just regular cream with extra cane syrup. And that guy made the worst coffee I ever had at this location. Idk what’s wrong with his attitude.

By far one of the worst Tim Hortons in Cambridge. Always keeping the people in line in the store waiting for longer then 20 mins, then to get to the front to find out the French vanilla machine is down. I believe you could have a sign or be letting the customers in line know about machines that are done. That was the only thing I wanted with my breakfast and I waited for over 20 mins just to leave empty handed.I will be telling everyone not to use this tim hortons ever. Worst customer service.

This tim Hortons has went so down hill over the last few months. It ise to be good but not the coffee is never fresh. I like tomorrow dark roast and it is warm at best sometimes cold. I live in the neighbourhood and will not come here anymore. They had an employee working about a month ago that has such a bad cough I don't think they could even breath properly. I was in drive thru and tossed my coffee because of it. I did call the store to ask if what I heard was one of the employees and was told yes that one of them was very sick but not to worry they were not doing drive thru. .... They should not have been in the building at all around any food.

Always a big fan of our good old TimmiesLove them support themThis is just constructive feedback.Today there were around 10 people in line in the store n 1 person taking order n making the order n serving to client.Never seen such shortage of staff!!!May b a 1 time hiccup?Hope it's resolved.

At the drive through I ordered a soup with mostly broth and a hot chocolate. To my disappointment, I received a soup with almost no broth and mostly noodles. This has happened far too many times to me that I felt the need to leave a review. What further pushed me to do so was the fact that I was not given any butter with my bun and the wait in the drive through was approaching 10 minutes. Service was seriously lacking.

Total order was bad! Way too slow and they are really rude! Ordered 2 beverages and doughnut and didn’t have the doughnut iced coffee tasted horrible will not go back!

According employee this is chocolate cremi chill I asked twice. Which just have small pump of chocolate everything else test like vanilla. Worst test ever.

Paid 3.66$ for a Medium Vanilla Cream Cold Brew, the cashier was handling everything and got this with a mess. There was a huge line standing behind me for 15 mins. Hire more people you are clearly understaffed and undertrained.
