We've had Personal Touch Home Cleaning coming to our house now for several years and we've always been really pleased with their cleaning. The girls always arrive on the agreed time and they are always pleasant and friendly. Janice has always been pretty flexible and tries hard to work around our schedule.

I started working with Personal Touch and Janis after I returned to my home in 2017 from overseas. Three separate tenants had been through the house and it needed a really thorough cleaning. Janis and crew did an amazing job, starting from the video walkthrough, the deep cleaning itself and everything thing about the client service led me to engage them for regular monthly cleaning. The communication, service and price were all outstanding. I am back overseas again but they will be my first call when I am back.

We have had excellent results with Personal Touch Cleaning. The cleaners were prompt and friendly. They arrived with their own cleaning supplies and vacuum, so we never had to worry about replenishing supplies. Our home was lovely and clean after the appointment. It just seemed fresh. It was like coming home to a new home every time. I don’t know what soap they used but I can tell you that everything shone including the floors which were beautiful. The bathrooms were sanitized and a pleasure to use.Personal touches meant a lot to us. I can’t wait to return home to use this service again!Thank you Janis and team!Lee and Barry Nicholson

Janis was so thorough during the initial inspection when we moved into our home, finding spots to clean that hadn't even occurred to me. The cleaning team did a wonderful job in our home every time, and it was such a relief to be able to trust the work to them so that I could get other things done.
