She was incredibly skilled and attentive, I always have tension in my neck and shoulders, and she knows exactly how to make it better. After pregnancy i had very stiff muscles in between shoulder blades and lower back bothered me a lot. Elizabeth was able to relieve me within a few visits. If you like deep massage, this is the place to be. Therapist's name is Joanna, she is very good! I highly recommend her. She goes out of her way to make sure that your needs are met. The place is at Columbia, very central if you are taking public transport. If you are driving, come earlier, paid parking is along designated parking on the side of the road. The massage room is huge with very nice ambience with lovely calm colours. If you have Pacific Blue Cross.. you are in luck, she does direct billing. It is online booking too just to make your life a lot easier. Do try a massage with Joanna, she is very friendly & amicable, I guarantee you will like her immediately- which is really important for a massage therapist. 5 stars for this service!

Recovering from a L5 S1 disectomy and need a lot of deep muscle work after years of over compensating. I have a really bad neck as well and Yusef has been the only practioner to relieve this neck pain. About 6 sessions in and I have never seen so much improvement over all in such a short amount of time. I even have range of motion back in my back. All I have to say is I wish I found him sooner!

Desiree has been my RMT for more than a year now and she's been pretty awesome in relieving and managing my back and hip pain. I always come out feeling pretty awesome after a session and it really helps me with my busy work days. The atmosphere of the room is really nice and the room is quite spacious. Everything inside the room makes me feel really relaxed and I can't count the number of times that I fell asleep. The online booking is very convenient and direct billing is a time saver! I will keep coming back to this place for as long as it is there.

Desiree was my therapist and she was fantastic. I almost couldn't walk before my first appointment and she had me functional in one session. The atmosphere is very spacious and inviting which is surprising from the outside. It was easy getting an appointment and I was able to get in at a convenient time that aligned with my schedule. I highly recommend this clinic. I have received excellent treatment each time I booked.

I cannot rate the experience with the massage because I had to cancel last minute due to feeling unwell. However I will rate the non-existing customer care that I received.I made a booking two days ahead and unfortunately I had to cancel the morning of my appointment because both me and my wife were feeling sick. We didn’t feel like putting anybody at risk. I understand there must be a cancellation fee, however none of the staff took 5min of time to return my call or respond to my email. Also I was quite surprised to see on my credit card bill that the cancellation fee was the same of the cost of the massage. I believe we could have found a better compromise that would not cost me 250$ and the center to lose two potential customers.I trust the quality of the massage is good based on the reviews I am seeing. However the customer care was not existing for us so we won’t be able to experience that as we won’t give the place a second chance regrettably.

Been going to Yusuf on a regular basis for quite some time. He’s someone you can easily communicate with and is welcoming and professional! I love how tidy and relaxed his space is. He’s able to pin point problem areas in your body off the bat even without guidance. Clearly knowledgeable and well educated in what he’s doing. You’ll always walk out feeling 100%. Highly recommend him you won’t regret it!A heads up to try to come earlier to avoid issues with parking although you can generally find spots along the clinic. Is easy accessible to get to by transit.
