Small Dog Studio

Took my mom kn to record her singing the songs ans lullabies she use to sing for us/play the guitar for when we were kids and Ian made us feel right at home even though we werent as legit as most of the work he does

From the moment you walk in and shake Ian’s hand, you feel totally at ease at Small Dog. Ian is a great guy and makes you feel right at home. When it’s time to get to work, Ian is ready to rock. Set up is quick and easy and you can tell he’s prepared ahead of time for his session. Having the drums set up before hand really saves time and effort. It’s a very nice sounding kit. The recording process is fun and easy. Ian let’s you do your thing and makes you sound great in the process. He gets behind your projects vision and only asserts himself for the good of the recording. It is an absolute pleasure working with him. The finished product sounds great! I’m blown away by the drums! The mix is crisp and clear and has a certain airiness to it that really creates an atmosphere that captures the heart of the recording. Ian cares that you’re happy and goes above and beyond to make sure you are. I recommend Small Dog Studio whole heartedly and if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
