Kai Analytics and Survey Research was wonderful to work with and we look forward to doing projects with them in the future. We did a benchmarking survey of member and non-members in our profession, as well as 1:1 qualitative deep dive interviews with select individuals to test explore attitudes, needs, and a couple of ad concepts.Kai (Kevin) Chang was extremely easy to work with, very creative in finding ways to customize the research to fit our (limited) budget, and extremely generous with his time to make sure we had a quality product even on a shoestring budget. He made really valuable suggestions drawing on his experiences doing similar surveys about how to frame questions to elicit the most useful data. He also provided us with an interactive dashboard with filters and sliders that has been really helpful to allow us to dig deeper into the data without having to constantly go back to the researcher to answer questions.We had some delays on our end, and on Kai Analytic's end, but communication was always excellent and immediate so there were never any surprises. Quality research, very competitive pricing, professional, excellent communication. We'll turn to Kai when we have another research project.

Kevin provided all the materials I need to conduct text analysis by myself including python scripts, technical support, and he even offered follow up sessions in case I needed assistance.
