Got an offer from work re Frank Mortgage, decided to give them a shot, and checked here for reviews which seemed good. Started the application and was assigned Randheer as a rept. however, my experience has not been good so far. When i have questions or need guidance on my application my rept is never there to take my calls. I call so many times no answer which is frustrating, being a first-time home buyer and missing the opportunity to close on a property because no one took my call is nerve-racking. Now i have to go find another mortgage broker. Guess they are way too busy with their other clients.
