Service impeccable. Nous avons fait évaluer notre triplex et le technicien a été très efficace et professionnel. Par la suite il nous a fait parvenir un rapport détaillé avec des instructions claires pour les demandes auprès des programmes gouvernementaux.

Good knowledgeable staff but the incentives associated with the RenoClimat program are dismal, almost non existent. 60$ per window regardless of size... Preposterous.

Not reliable. Cancelled an appointment the day before a planned visit for no apparent reason. Took hours to reach a person able to explain why the appointment was cancelled.

Pretty easy to deal with them however they seem to lack some organization, we waited over a month and didn't get our report, so we had to call them and get it.The inspector said that they would've sent it to us by themselves but they never did until we requested it.

Pros : Reliable service !!! I dealed with Jules , he was kind and professional, he almost answered to all my questions.Cons : I don't like when provider or business company ask me to write a comment, it should be spontaneous.

Les deux conseillers en efficacité énergétique venus avant et après nos travaux ont été ponctuels, efficaces, professionnels et leur courtoisie étaient exemplaires. Ils nous ont donné des conseils judicieux. Les rapports ont été produits dans un délais raisonnable. Je les recommande fortement.

No follow up, had to reach out to the government program 3 months later to finally receive the paperwork. They were quick to submit to the government to get paid, but I never heard from them again after the initial visit.
