It took 30 mins to fill a take-out order (for a family of four). When we finally received our food, the order was wrong and the food was cold.

Unfortunately this location is clearly understaffed, but that doesn't stop the employees from working hard and providing excellent, friendly customer service. The people that work there deserve a raise for what they have to put up with.

Absolutely the worst A&W in Victoria. Have tried on more than one occasion to get a simple breakfast with no luck. This morning was no different. We waited while our order was forgotten. When it was finally done it was garbage on a plate. The restaurant was not busy at all. The pictures speak for themselves.

If you need a fast food breakfast, can't beat a@w for that type of food/price point. The Esquimalt location is the best locally. Looks newly renovated, and the food was nicely put together. Staff were friendly but a bit disorganized (so many people but not efficient service)

Did the drive through so can't say anything about the ambiance of the restaurant. I mean its a fast food place built for function.They have had the neo-retro style for sometime which I do like, since I'm old enough to remember the drive-in style lol.So swing on by if you feel a little bit of nostalgia or want to sit and grab a tasty meal.

This place is really great good food, fast service and clean. On top of this the staff are so great! Satpreet always has a smile on her face when serving me and Jadelynn and the morning staff are all excellent. The Manager is always so kind.

I don't expect much from A&W... But every single time I go here it's a 10 min wait (in the drive-thru) so beware if you're in a rush! Good food tho!

4 staff working at 2 pm... .no one acknowledged me or the couple in front of me. I can appreciate them being busy, but some sort of acknowledgement would have gone a long way. One gal behind the counter was apparently warm, as she skillfully removed her t shirt from under her A& W shirt, right in front of customers! (No washing hands afterwards with either)When it was my turn to order, there was no hello" or smile. It so sad to see this lack of customer service ...and if no one tells them

Just went in for my first food of the day while waiting for prescriptions next door. As filled my drink a little fly landed in it. I asked for another glass…She walked to the opposite end of the counter from the pop machine, pulled out a glass and set it down there, then proceeded to walk right back to the end i was at! Now, they had no way of knowing that i had spent the morning in emerg in atrial defibrillation, having to be put under and have my heart shocked to get it back in rhythm and down to a reasonable rate and the only reason i was not in bed was i need to wait for the meds. That shouldn’t matter though, you don’t know what someone else is dealing with. She was coming back right in front of me anyhow!

The best of the best places to eat the staff was so friendly and the manager PARVINDER KHASA is the best, the food is so fresh and the special spice for the fries you should try as well. the restaurant by it self well clean and maintained good stop for family highly recommended thank you.
