First my mom came in to have a problem resolved on her VW. You were recommended by her hairdresser friend. She is elderly and it was nice that you helped her out and didn't take advantage of her. We have since brought in all of our family's vehicles over the past couple years for a variety of repairs and maintenance receiving fair and honest service at the highest level every time. It has been so nice to deal with a garage that sincerely cares and charges fairly, explaining patiently in detail exactly what is needed to resolve the problem. These guys really do know how to efficiently fix a vehicle. No fancy office just straight up quality service! Thanks we appreciate!

I have been bringing my vehicles here for a few years and recommending them to alot of friends. But last week I lefty car for a few follow up things they had already repaired. The said it would most likely be wattanty and no charge. When I came in a week and a half later they said it was $500 on other repairs we never discussed and I had not authorized. They were not friendly and I was forced to pay for repairs I would not have had done. Upon leaving I also realized that my car had not been locked and left outside and things were stolen out of it while they had it. I'd stear clear of this place.

What a fantastic experience! Jay is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I got a real comfortable feeling just going into the shop and meeting him. I had issues at another shop where I spent over $1,700 to get a check engine light issue resolved. Never did get resolved . In one visit there he just about had it narrowed down. Even though I hadn't taken it there for that he did it out of curiosity without charging. The work that I did take it in for was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. I paid less there for the lower ball joint arm to be replaced and an oil change than I would have at the place where I'd taken it and paid $1,700 for other work to be done. They had quoted me $600. Bob's automatic did it for under that price including an oil change. They've gained a new customer for life and the other place has lost a long time customer that they had for years. I would highly recommend Bob's automatic to anyone wanting competent honest work done on their vehicle at a reasonable price.

My 2006 Toyota Tacoma died leaving me stranded on Victoria Avenue under the bridge. A very good friend of mine recommended Bob's automatic garage to me to get my truck repaired. He assured me that these guys are amazing and would not take advantage of me. I am a female, and do to my lack of knowledge about vehicle maintenance I have been taken advantage of in the past. These guys are amazing. After diagnosing my vehicle and figuring out what needed to be repaired I even offered to buy my own parts from rock auto to try to save some money. I even called Toyota, to see what the price would be to replace the parts that I needed and what the labour would be. Toyota s price Was ALOT.....LOTS higher.Bob's automatic was able to get the parts cheaper than I could. These guys did the repairs needed on my truck and didn't try to upsell me or sell me other services. They did inform me of some other Repairs that would need to be eventually fixed on my truck. They do great work. They have amazing customer service. And you can rest assured that you will not be taken advantage of. Bob's automatic is now my go to garage for all of my vehicle maintenance. I Highly recommend Bob's automatic For all your vehicle needs.

Great family owned business! Fantastic customer service and trustworthy people! I had a car emergency (thankfully nearby) and they got me in quick and went above and beyond, even though they were busy!

Very friendly over the phone and in person! Quoted me $200 for a new instrument cluster from Sgi salvage and only about $150 to put it in! Super awesome service!!
