As an Event Manager, booking something new for your clients comes with its worries: How is the service? Does the food quality meet the expectations of the client? Does the cost match the quality? I could go on with a list of worries, but there is no need.Canoe was the perfect location to host a group of about 30 people for a private lunch. My group left happy and satisfied with the service and food quality! I will be adding Canoe to my list of recommended spots in Toronto :)

Malaparte is the go to spot for corporate events. Betty, once again the attention to detail to every aspect of our event was remarkable. I have organized several corporate events at O*B venues and have always been impressed with the service and food. I share the same sentiments as John's review from 2 years ago. The events team still has not figured it out it seems. I experienced an overall lack of care and communication when trying to schedule an event with them. They assured me my group would be accommodated only to turn around and inform me that I wouldn't be. They have effectively ruined my holiday party plans. Thanks O&B!

The staff at The Rabbit Hole were attentive, professional, and friendly, ensuring that every detail of our evening was taken care of. From assisting with the reservation process to accommodating our specific requests, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.The semi-private dining room itself was beautifully adorned and thoughtfully designed. The ambiance was intimate yet lively, striking the perfect balance for a business dinner. Amazing service from the team at the new Toronto Board of Trade location at 100 Queens Quay. Our Awards Gala event went off without a hitch and all of our guests were very satisfied - will look to bring another client here for their event!

We booked the Spada room at Parcheggio for a small family dinner to celebrate our wedding. Hailey, our event specialist, was extremely helpful and made sure our menu and details were how we wanted. She made the booking process easy and stress free! The food and restaurant service was great - everyone enjoyed themselves and had a wonderful time. The room itself was perfect for our party of 13 and was a lovely comfortable space. We were very happy with our whole experience!

We booked the private rooms at Canoe for our wedding reception, and to echo other reviews, the planning process was a nightmare. The day-of staff (Canoe) was fantastic, and the food was good, but since this is a review of O&B events, they’re getting a one star review!The event planning staff didn’t seem to want our business whatsoever. They cancelled a visit (due to COVID, understandable) but made zero effort in trying to rebook or accommodate another day. It felt like we were constantly pleading with them and waiting days for responses. A month to the event, we decided to email them to see if we needed to do anything, and let them know our plans for room layout/decor. It took 12 days and three staff to get a response. The only reason we got a response was because we emailed the third event staff in desperation. We constantly gave the staff the benefit of the doubt, but they kept disappointing us.After the event, they followed up with an email for feedback and we expressed our disappointment. They offered a gift certificate to make up for the situation, which was supposed to be sent by email, but when we mentioned we did not get it, they blamed the finance team. It’s been at least a month and half, still nothing. I’m not going to waste any more time or energy on chasing the event staff team.Would not recommend planning an event with them, just go to the restaurants.

Delectable food. Excellent service, from the coordinators, to the manager and waiters. Very accommodating, even if short notice. They made our special occasion even more memorable.

We were in search of a venue to accommodate 30 people on a Thursday night in the Financial District. This proved to be quite challenging, but our experience with the O&B events team made it remarkably smooth. Jessica, our point of contact, was highly responsive, accommodating, and presented us with several options. With her assistance, we successfully booked the patio at Rabbit Hole, which turned out to be the perfect space for mingling and conversing with our team.Furthermore, the restaurant's service and cuisine exceeded our expectations. We received numerous positive comments from our colleagues about both the exceptional service and the venue itself. Based on this outstanding experience, we certainly plan to return in the future
