Friendly staff! Needed a lawnmower battery, great price!!

From stopping in at MEI, discussing gravel options, with expert advise, putting in my order, paying, and having it delivered was a total of about 2 hours. Professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Not to mention the driver's ability to maneuver through my difficult laneway (in reverse) and dropping the gravel perfectly. Will be using their service for years to come.

They paved my driveway after widening and digging out clay they put in decent base and compacted it. Nice job.

I brought my tiller in to be repaired in the spring, hoping to have it ready to use this year. I waited about 3 weeks for them to tell me that the belt was too tight that they sold me previously, so they ordered a new belt. That was too tight as well, as it was the same belt they sold me in the first place. 6 months later, I finally decide to pick the machine up for lack of communication (zero calls for updates) and once I got it home, found it disassembled with bolts missing. Very disappointed in this company for small engine repair, would not ever use again. Not only that, I found a belt within a day of searching online, when they had said they contacted 3 different companies and couldn't find the belt.

MEI completed our driveway yesterday. Allow me to expand on what superb customer service is from this organization. They were prompt, efficient and they worked as a team , listened to our concerns and reacted accordingly. Who does that these days! The guys were friendly offered a few jokes in our conversation and just did a fantastic job in paving our driveway which we are delighted with. Seriously now get this ,, the next morning the owners son dropped by our home to see if all was good and how it looked. Jaw dropping exceptional ~above and beyond~. M.E.I. we will gladly recommend you to everyone we know doing renovations. You are a company well worth double mention. Oh and what clean trucks they had and the guys were in uniform. Unbelievable value folks.

Duane and the MEI crew were terrific. Our job was not without challenges. Donna and I are very satisfied with the 2 phased execution and will recommend, highly, their services, period.

Service was repetetively not prompt. After paying we were treated as a none priority. Terrible customer service with the woman at the front counter. No way to contact the owner. Very vague with delivery times .

Very pleased with Duane and the team from MEI. The crew was friendly, polite, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient and the final product is to our specifications and looks amazing. We are looking forward to many years of use and enjoyment. What an upgrade to our property!
