Placed an order Sunday night. Never received a notice to pick up my $240 order. On Friday sent my sister there to pick it up assuming it was ready. When she got to the door they looked at her a locked the door. It was 4 pm and they would not even ask her why she was there. Just gave her a dirty look. Not impressed at all with their service!

I don't even know where to begin!First of all, our order was ready for pick up in no time and I mean no time.Second, their customer service was OUTSTANDING. As a small business owner, I noticed this right away by the way they promptly answered messages, and in such a kind manner too.Third, the presentation was flawless. I felt like I was picking up a gift. The attention to detail was amazing.And finally, their products are of great quality. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. They have gained my trust!

I've been a loyal customer to My Essential Business for years. So glad they are back! The products are good quality products. Glass bottles for my DIY cleansers and disinfectant sprays especially during the past year and a half. Top quality raw products also for my diy sanitizers.They package so everything is recyclable and not over packaged.Love this company and their products! The personal touches when you receive a parcel makes me feel appreciated. Definitely a repeat customer. Thank you

I was amazed at how quickly my ordered shipped. Inside the the compostable box with compostable packaging was a handwritten note thanking me for my business.Nice personal touch. I will definitely be reordering from them in the future.

A great place to find essential oil supplies such as empty roller bottles and spray bottles, accessories and more. The store is not very large, so I would suggest ordering online and then picking up in store for a much wider selection (plus you don't habe to pay for shipping!) Very friendly staff!
