Server - Vito- was excellentHe made recommendations & was spot on. Caesar salad was great & chicken fingers fresh white meat. Not frozen. Awesome fingers & sauce too.Tables were a little sticky or Would’ve put 5 starsThanks Vito

I chose not to dine in but I sat at the tables outside because there were others eating from to go boxes there. Employee approached me and asked me to move. I asked her why she was allowing others to sit and eat from to go and she was rude. She claimed there were orders to take. No one was sitting there ordering. Poor etiquettes.

OMG, sitting at the bar the kitchen didn’t get a single order right the first time. I mean no bacon on bacon cheeseburger staff heckling their own kitchen. Watched the bar tender recycle in squeezed limes from the bottom of glasses there were putting in the dishwasher. Waitstaff was pleasant good thing only 7 guest hate to see this place busy or during a rush.Without a captive airport exit this place would shutter.

UrbanCrave was a great place to stop for a quick breakfast before getting on our flight. The Urban breakfast was a good price and even better meal. Service was great!

Good experience. Wait staff was friendly. Tables are too crowded together due to the small space. Food was good, had the chicken parmesan sandwich with a Caesar salad. Salad was very fresh and the sandwich had good flavour. Restaurant is located next to Gate A12 in Terminal 3 for reference.

We had a chuck burger and poutine. The menu was very limited on that day (burgers chix tenders, fries, friedchix sandwich only). Flavour was okay, nothing to write home about. Ask about the prices of drinks before you order ;)

Great location centrally located in Terminal 3 at Pearson International Airport. Always my go to spot for great Montreal style poutine and an ice cold glass of wine! The servers are friendly and the food is great! I did speak with the Manager and told him I loved the ambiance and always enjoyed having a nice meal there before my flights. He was rather rude and brushed me off abruptly. I was quite taken back as you would think after being in a two year long pandemic Managers would welcome additional business in their establishments - especially since they only recently opened back up after being closed during the pandemic. Sadly, this was not the case with the Manager at this location. I'll be back as I do love the food and the servers are always warm and really take care of their customers!

Had the Yuppie Wrap - and it was surprisingly very good (but small). If im in terminal 3 for US flights, I will order the exact same thing again! The Caesar salad was also decent!

Urban Crave is located in the International terminal of the Toronto Airport (YYZ).First off, it's airport food. So you're pretty limited when it comes to options and no real say in the price since you're stuck in that area until your plane arrives.That being said this place is really just okay overall. It's overpriced for street food essentially. The food is doesn't even taste all that amazing either. I mean it's not bad but for the up charge you would think you would get something of value in return right?I think most people probably just come here for the bar when they realize that their plane just got delayed and after a few drinks the food portion of the menu suddenly looks appetizing.To each, their own I guess. Definitely better options near the Duty Free store to check out. This place offers it's own dining area but that's about it though. Up to you but I would explore a bit before settling on this place for food. For the bar though, drink to your hearts content! Damn those flight delays!
