I loved this place, I was there basically other everyday since they opened. They have and had great employees since day one and I've had a generally good experience until one day... I went in to this store (about 3 weeks prior from the day of this review) to pick up an order as I usually do, I went with my boyfriend who is a regular as well, we usually go in together. This particular day we had a lot of stuff to do and not a lot of time, I went to the front with my boyfriend and they worker that day was new and we had never met before, he had asked for my ID and my boyfriends, my boyfriend forgot his Id , I asked to speak to a manager (who I didn't grab the name of but is female) so I could grab my order which is under my nameand leave. She explained that we could not serve us which I understand and that since we live close we can go grab the ID and come back" as she said word for word in a tone I didn't appreciate. I left with my boyfriend and didn't come back.i have been in 2 times since this with no issues and my ID with me as I always do and I have not been IDed at all since. Today I go and I interact with my favorite employee

Location sucks for parking, especially during rush hour. I was looking for something specific and confirmed over the phone they had just received it, I hate driving downtown especially at rush hour but I was reassured they had it, just to get there and be told they didn’t have it. Not sure how that happens in 15 minutes but won’t be making the trip again as I’m usually a VB or Canna Cabana shopper, will be continuing business with the other two from now on, you had your chance.

I’m a regular at this store and I wanted to take a minute to appreciate Kelsey! She’s always been the most wonderful person to greet me with a smile and give the BEST recommendations. I will only buy here now because of her ❤️

Bought a disposable pen here. The battery ran out with plenty of product left to consume. Went in to the location to inquire about a charging device and was told that they didn't carry it and I should reach out to the manufacturer to obtain one. Thats very inconvenient.

Honestly cannot recommend this place enough, I can’t speak for all spiritleafs but this one has given me the best customer service I have ever received. Ryder and Mike were the two who served us the most and I have not met nicer people to this day, both super informative, educational and seemed like they were genuinely excited to show me the different products. The pricing was also amazing. Once again can not recommend this place enough

I visited this location the morning of February 24th. It was pretty obvious they were having some kind of issue with opening the store and setting up. I was bracing myself to get rushed through the store or not helped at all since things were chaotic. However, the young girl working (had a top bun) was still in a fantastic mood and assured me she would be able to help me right away. I was blown away by how cool and collected she was serving me. Super knowledgeable too! I will 100% be shopping here and again. She made this a great experience and totally worry free. I hope she gets the raise she most definitely deserves.

The store manager cant do anything has alot of limitations due to government regulations he says. I bought 2 pre rolls and one was all broken they wont accept an exchange or return after 30 second of buying even though its damaged. Too bad

I had a great experience here, and their prices are very good as well. Associate Kelsey was of great assistance to me, very friendly and assisted me with selecting an option when I presented a few. I recommend this place.

We were helped this evening by Ryder. Truly passionate about his job. He was the perfect balance between education and information. We will be coming back for sure to seek Ryder's support. Product is product. The people are the differences. Ryder was the .man for the job!
