R Spa

This spa is delightful but you do require a membership to go here. This involves purchasing a package that can be quite expensive for most (I was fortunate enough to be invited). Their staff are super attentive and sweet (even if I didn’t speak Chinese). It can be quite the busy place in the change room and their private changing room area (with a curtain) is very small… those who have a bit of mobility issues or a bit larger may find having g a private space to change cumbersome.

Very elegant place to do facial and body massage. Experienced staffs with polite attitude. They have different packages and you may need time to choose the right one for you.I also bought the products and they were good.Due to covid, they also have good cleaning plan that makes me feel comfortable to go back for my facial

This is the first time I have been to this spa. Very nice ambiance. I was given a bottle of Evian - nice gesture. Greeted by the host who did a skin analysis on me which then led to recommendations to the esthetician’s facial application. The change rooms are clean but there is very little social distancing when I went as there were multiple clients in the room using the facilities, changing and waiting for their treatment. Hence, four stars. The facial was good. The esthetician stayed in the room the whole time and even included some body massage. After the treatment I was introduced to their packages for future treatments. I was told they will only treat members. I didn’t sign up as I feel I could get similar or better value at high end spas for that price. It was $200+ for one facial but need to commit to a package of over $1k.I think I will just go to a spa when I feel like it and not tie myself down to one location. Worth a try if you haven’t been.

Female guests only spa- their facial treatments are popular here. Members ( you pay to fill a card with spa credits and spend from the card at each visit) receive a big discount on subsequent visits and they often have promos.I really enjoy the service here ( although sometimes it feels like the consultant is hard selling services that you might not need ). The aesthetician is always keeping busy. Before the facial you receive a mini body massage to help you unwind. When they put a mask on your face, instead of leaving you to lay there, they give you a neck and shoulder massage, when they put leave in treatments they give you a head and eye massage. I leave here feeling relax and pampered.

Great environment. But they'll ask you for a tip when everything done, otherwise they won't let you leave.

I went here for a facial hydration session. After an hour, my face was full of small pimples. My skin felt pretty dry and afterwards it was just full of oil. I think that they use the same oil on body and face. I would call this a message rather than a facial. The products they use has so much odor/scents which is straight chemical and make your face pretty dry. The whole facial was 3 steps and the steps were just rotated repeatedly. The first face cream made my skin feel iritated and burnt. I do not recommend this place for facial. I don’t think they know anything about it and they don’t care what type of skin you have.

The esthetician was highly skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session.The overall atmosphere of R Spa is serene and inviting, which left me feeling rejuvenated and renewed after the treatment. I highly recommend R Spa to anyone in search of a truly pampering and indulgent spa experience!

The facial was very good I really enjoyed it. But it would be better not to ask the customer to spend more than 3000 dollar when they first time visit the store. It was quite scary when the sale person showed me the price and look at me quietly waiting for my response.

The price for a new member is very cheap! The facial and massage was very relaxing and the facility is extremely clean, well maintained, and the staff are very friendly. They offer you tea, bathrobe and shoes, and the lockers are really fancy. Awesome experience here!
