Absolutely lovely restaurant and I was so happy the kitchen stays open until 9:30 PM so I could have a late dinner after my ✈️ into Edmonton. The Paella is off the charts awesome and the Piri Piri shrimp were delicious!

We went to Sabor on a recommendation from a friend of mine and my wide and I couldn't have been happier with the choice.Our servers name was Bailey (sorry if it is spelled wrong). She was amazing. From her recommendations to her personality and knowledge of the restaurant and everything it has to offer.My wife has a Degree in Hotel and Restaurant management from the Culinary Institute of Canada so besides the food, service and Atmosphere listed above it was also very nice for my wife to be at such a great restaurant.

We arrived on time and dressed nice casual. We were greeted with lovely smiles by the front desk staff. We inquired about the safety of our car and we were kindly reassured that while we had to pay for street parking, the block was very safe. We were seated in a corner table and I was treated to the most lovely anniversary card (our 26). We both love seafood and we were perusing the menu on our way there. It was a wise idea because the menu reads like a fish and seafood lover Christmas. Each recipe deserved careful consideration. We settled on the seafood platter for two. The waiter was a lovely and thoughtful man, who kept us in his eye at all times- and with service like that you would think it was already a rather nice experience… then the food arrived. Mussels and clams, tasting super fresh and superbly seasoned in a wonderful sauce. We were served fresh baked bread alongside and it was just perfect.Then the platter arrived and we invested our time in seeing the huge and charbroiled prawns and scallops. The octopus was delectable, and there were two lobster tails (served tender, fresh and not overcooked was incredible) and I lost track of time as we savoured each morsel in slow motion with matching grins on our faces. The seafood risotto was beyond compare. Our waiter was so kind and thoughtful! He was the best part of our meal. And our meal as incredible as it was, was only made better by the great quality staff. I recommend their house cheesecake with passion fruit compote. It was incredibly light and tasty. The compote was freshly made from the actual pulp of the fruit. I was taken back to my childhood in the Caribbean and our huge passion fruit tree on our backyard. Our waiter was sweet enough to bring me a bit more of it to take home! I was so touched by his kindness.On our way out a gentleman with the restaurant inquired after our experience. It was beyond words. We will be back.

Oh my, haven't been this satisfied with a meal in a long time. Especially loved the octopus and clams. Will definitely go back or try one of their sister Bodegas!

Best restaurant i have ever eaten at. We got the seafood platter, so much incredible food. We are beyond satisfied and our server cory went above and beyond! Its was the best dinning experience in my life!

One of the greats in Edmonton. A large selection of choices that will keep brining you back to try something different. Seafood lovers Dream, well worth the price, and don’t be afraid of the large menu and choices, the 3 course dinner option is great for your first time, or ask the great waiting staff they will pair good recommendations. This place is great for an intimate date, or surrounded with friends and laughter sharing a large table of Tapas. The cocktails are bit pricey but the gin & tonics to start and well paired wines enhance the entire experience nicely.

Loved this beautiful restaurant!! Runs like a well-oiled machine where the servers are knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient.We had to get to the Juno Awards Show so didn’t linger as long as we would have liked but we did order the price fix seafood special.Divine appetizer of a fresh baked baguette with mussels and clams.Lots of seafood including two lobster tails plus a beautiful lobster risotto. Strong Blonde Belgian beer went perfectly with our meal (the wines are very pricey).This place will definitely be on our list for the next time we come to Edmonton. Spendy but so worth it!! A local gem!

Great atmosphere and food. We had the seafood dinner for 2 and it was delicious! Would have preferred a little more veges incorporated as there almost no greens. And it felt a little heavy without any vegetables, but the seafood was amazing nonetheless! Also the wine recommendation was excellent!
