Golf Town

I have dealt with this location on several things. Replacing a defective ping driver. installing a shaft extension in my putter. shortening putters and all kinds of regrips. The staff are immensely helpful especially Shawn I also appreciate his sense of humor. I had an extension installed checked the length and unfortunately it was incorrect. Shawn corrected it without issue.

I've come here a few times to have my clubs re-gripped and shortened. Staff are generally helpful over the phone, and give accurate/reasonable turnaround times. One time they were even able to do single club work for me on the spot. Definitely coming back if I ever need additional club work done.

Great staff, and great facility!I came here looking for a set to start off my golf journey and finally purchased one from here.Even though I haven’t used their other services, they also have screen golf section and golf studio in the back as well.Ample parking in the plaza.They have deals time to time so aim for then as well. I hopped in the 3+1 gloves deal so got 4th one for free.Would definitely come back here again.

Efficient, friendly and accommodating. They took the time to provide a service for me even during a busy period. Each person I spoke with was helpful, attentive and outgoing. They certainly made me feel like a valued customer, and I appreciate the quick service they provided me with to re-grip my putter. This is the place why we still need to go for in person shopping. My first visit here and guys at the pro shop helped me right away. They are very knowledgeable.Not like pro shop guys at Markham location who had jumbo grip for my wife's driver.If you are new to golf or need professional advice, this is the right place.Do not go to Markham location.My new go to spot for all my gears from now on.

The essential store for all your golf needs. Great selection of products. Sometimes a little pricier but always the better quality. Good professional and attentive staff.

Unexpectedly found all the clubs I was looking for even though on their website they didn’t have. So I would suggest to physically go and check on your own. The older Korean gentleman was very informative and also let me tried the clubs first before buying them. Very clean atmosphere and staff were all willing to help when you approach them.

1) 1st class service2) Incorrect Google map desctiption1) 1st class serviceI visited a Golf Town store at Laird Drive on Jan 3rd, 2022.I tried to detach the shaft of my Ping G410 driver (originally purchased Nob 2020) from its head to adjust its lie angle at home. I failed to do so after multiple times of try.I took my club to this Golf Town store and Matthew Mackay (general manager of the store) greeted me then offered me help.After 5 minutes of his trial, he came back the shaft/head detached with an ovbious sign of glue around the shaft. He explained to me that Ping might have used little too much of glue when they originally assembled.Then he kindly offerd me a floor model of Ping G410 with the identical specification as a replacement. What a top class service.2) Incorrect Google Map descritionIf I search this specific Golf Town store in the Google Map, it comes up as a store in Saskatoon, SK.Even the response below is referring to Saskatoon location. It must be an error in its description
