Have ordered from this Starbucks location within the Zehrs grocery 3 times now. First two times were fine, greeted by a friendly barista at the cash and spoken to by the barista making the drinks. Today was the first time ever I’ve had a poor Starbucks experience, a young male barista made my drink, but was chatting to a Zehrs worker the entire time while making it. Did not acknowledge my presence at all, he looked at me and then started to make my drink, all while still gossiping about mutual friends with the Zehrs worker. He finished making my drink and then just put it on the end of the counter without saying a word. Nothing to even be like “here’s your drink”. How incredibly rude and unprofessional. Acknowledging customers is literally the bare minimum and if you can’t even do that, you shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Visit Date / Time - January 15 at 2:05 pmI’d like to give them zero star.Extremely disappointed with three young individuals who working here. I’ve never been experienced these low level of customer service at Starbucks.There was no greeting when I was ordering coffee. Then one of the baristas threw at the coffee at me.There were also joking around about “ I’m going to be fired today.” I think there are right. They should be fired and/or suspended.Will definitely report my feedback to headquarters.

Do not recommend ordering from this Starbucks!I live down the street from this location so I was hoping it would be my go to but instead, I rather take the drive to either locations on Bayfield St.This location rarely has what you're looking to order and the drinks are always made poorly, I've received multiple now that I've had to throw out.Best to order somewhere else, in my opinion.

This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I worst cold brew and iced latte of Starbucks so far. I always take the same drinks and thats why i could say that the barista here don’t prepare coffees as per Starbucks standards. And yes this location does not provide you Starbucks stars because they don’t scan points here.

Coffee was old. Usually I love Starbucks. Staff member was confused re my order of Americano triple cream with whip cream also she looked put off that she was going to make the coffee. Never again at this location. I don't believe in giving bad reviews usually.

Be cautious if you have dairy issues!!Extremely disappointed in the service provided this morning.I went to this Starbucks as it was convenient for me, (not my normal Starbucks) I am extremely sensitive to lactose and purchased a lactose-free drink for myself and a regular drink for my co-worker on the way to work. I was given both drinks in the same tray and in my normal experience they communicate what drink contains the lactose-free milk or they will put a stopper in one of the drinks. The worker this morning did not communicate this with me or even label the cups! I felt extremely sick! I am just so disappointed as I normally have no issues with Starbucks.

Excited to see a Starbucks located closer to the North End!I’ve gone here a few times and have not had any issues with my drinks really- I will say sometimes they don’t taste how they do at other locations- but they are still drinkable and I enjoy them still! I think maybe just having staff go over some of the drink options may be beneficial, to ensure that all drinks are being made correctly- but the I have consistently gotten good made drinks here!The staff are all super friendly who work there as well & I want to say that because it is in the Zerhs- it may be a tad cheaper than other Starbucks in town who are owned independently!
