Ainsley is amazing! I wasn't originally planning on having a wedding coordinator, but I decided to try it out. I think it was the best wedding-related decision I made! Ainsley exceeded every expectation I had about a wedding coordinator! Ainsley was able to take so much stress off me so I was able to enjoy the wedding planning process! I had previously heard from friends that you don't enjoy your wedding day because you are only worrying about what might go wrong. I can honestly say I think the day was absolutely perfect and I enjoyed every minute of that! I attribute so much of that to Ainsley as she was there, making sure everything ran smoothly! If any of the vendors had a question, they knew to approach her instead of me. I would recommend Refining Wild to anyone who is planning a wedding. If you are unsure if you need a coordinator like I was, take it from me, you will not regret it!!!

My husband and I both work full time with hectic schedules juggling travelling, meetings, and other commitments. Planning a wedding seemed like such a daunting task. Ainsley helped me arrange my wife's pandemic-delayed Muskoka 50th birthday party. We live in Los Angeles so everything was coordinated remotely... and Ainsley took the project over from another planner post-COVID. Ainsley made sure everything came together smoothly, on budget, even decisively pivoting from outdoor dining on the dock to moving us into the boathouse in the very few minutes before a surprise rainstorm sped across the lake!
