I booked the assessment online and realized the discount code wasn’t taken. I called through to the one 800 number where I was helped by a very knowledgable and professional individual. She made the required adjustments and explained the entire process. Within a few hours their drivers for out to assess. At first I wasn’t too happy with the pricing, but then they contacted their supervisor. They did accommodate on the pricing. The two fellows that came out were courteous, professional, efficient, and quick at their work. They cleaned up after themselves immediately. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely use them again.

Would definitely recommend 1800GotJunk. I liked the fact I could choose my window of time for pickup. They were punctual and kept me informed as to their timing. Both men were courteous and did a great job. They were careful with removing large items from the basement.

I booked an appointment online and 1 hour later they were at our door! Both young men were professional and friendly. No hidden fees at all, the estimate they gave was a little higher than what we paid. Fair pricing especially with everything they took away. Thanks guys!!!

Rylan and Glenn were amazing they gave me a quote which was fair and ended up getting rid of all the junk I had sitting. Highly recommend these guys as they are true professionals!
