We purchased cabinets for our kitchen and two bathrooms back in 2020. We are still SO happy with the cabinets. They design, instal, and shipment all went smoothly. They are incredible quality and we get so many compliments on the design. Would highly recommend

The hinges popped out of our poggenpohl cabinet door under the sink after decade of use, I emailed their customer service and Andrew answered it within a day or two to arrange for the technician, Jeff who is resourceful and professional to fix the door. He finished within half an hour, it now works better than new! The service is impeccable! Thank you very much !

I highly recommend KI Atelier to all my friends and anyone who's looking for top-notch cabinets and amazing customer service. From design to install, they kept me informed and updated every step of the way. They made sure to include everything I wanted for my new kitchen and even surprised me with a hidden ladder I didn't ask for! I love my toekick ladder, it's super convenient for high shelves. The installers were always on time and made sure to clean up after themselves every night before they leave. When I move in the future, I will be sure to get my kitchen and closets from these guys again. Very easy to work with and they really cared about our renovation project as much as we did. Thank you for the beautiful kitchen and closets!

Such excellent service from Andrew who went above and beyond to help me get some small parts needed.Very professional and prompt communication. We have had a Poggenpohl kitchen for decades and it still looks great.
