Worst service. Ordered a sofa and paid the full amount but it has been 1.5 months still did not received the sofa. They are not answering the calls/text and even does not respond if we visit in person. The staff does not know how to talk to the customers. Please don’t visit this place at all.

Delivered sofa set after 6 weeks instead of 3 weeks commitment. Cushions were missing and sofa is also poorly made. Worst customer service. Guy named Garry and a store girl both are sitting there to fool customers. Once customer pays in full then they starts showing their true colours. I am still waiting for my cushions, called many time but no response. Didn’t hear from them so far. I am pretty sure all the 5 star reviews are given by their known and are fake. Karma will teach them a lesson.

I have recently purchased a 3 pcs sofa set from Stanton furniture. They have done a good job. Exactly made with the materials and colors we have given. Even though they said 1 week of delivery time, but they managed to deliver within 2 weeks of time. That is reasonable time.

The young lady at the store was very professional and gave us a very good deal on our 3 piece sofa set. Delivery was one day late but the delivery men were very polite and very nice.The sofa set was exactly what we ordered. I would recommend this store to anyone that is looking for a good deal and good quality furniture.

I bought a 5 piece Pub Dining Set. The sales person was very professional and courteous. My item arrived earlier than expected. My overall experience was excellent.

WARNING: ⛔️ DO NOT SHOP HERE!!⛔️The guy with turban has EXTREMELY horrible customer service and I totally despise him. He is very rude to the customers and disrespectful. They promised to deliver within 2 weeks of purchase but it was lie. A complete fraud that makes you never want to do business with them again because they lack complete integrity. They made the delivery 5 months late with damaged furniture. We tried to reach out reached damaged console delivery made to us but did nothing to resolve the issue.

I had an amazing experience at Stanton Furniture. All Furniture is excellent with excellent customer service. Mr. Tanveer was a great help. Definitely recommend it. They made our Furniture according to our needs.

After reading so many negative reviews, we made our mind not to go to this store. The stores we made our mind to go to were closed on the day we went out, we were looking close by, and we happened to run into this store. We looked around, talked to a nice guy wearing a turban, and we made our mind to make our purchase of our selected furniture. He was giving us a great deal, but we realized that this was the same store with a bunch of negative reviews. Hence, we walked out and went to other stores. Once we saw he was giving us the best deal, we realized we had another issue which was where we needed our new furniture in under a week. No other store was capable of delivering in a max time of 1 week, delivery times varied from 3-4 weeks. Finally we had no choice, we went back and the guy said he’ll have the furniture delivered within a week. We had no other option but to trust this man. We ordered on the 14th of august and received our furniture on the 19th. The delivery guy was really kind and delivered our furniture with care. This was a great purchase and I think this store is amazing.Definitely I will go back to this store whenever we’ll need furniture.Honestly I didn’t expect that they will deliver my stuff in time because all negative reviews were revolving in my mind.

I purchased my sofa set 3 weeks back and they promised delivery within 4 weeks and gave me almost within 3 weeks only. Delivery service is so amazing and fast. Excellent Customer Service too.

If I could give a zero here, I would! They were very sweet when we went there for the first time. They promised to deliver our exact expectation. We told them so many times to write down what we want as we wanted custom built. They promised us again that it will be the same as we described. At the day of delivery, They cancelled it giving us silliest reasons. They wanted my husband to help unload the furniture even though we mentioned that he had back pain. Then they re-scheduled it, when we got the delivery, They were not able to take it to the first floor as they promised us no matter what, they would. The color of the bed headset and design was totally different than what we ordered. After calling them million times everyday, We got no sensible respond back. They told us that we have to pay additional $ 250 to get the bed unassembled, take it upstairs and assemble again. We did not agreed to it but after getting no answer, We had to go with this option so we paid the extra money.They were very rude and unprofessional so please go somewhere else and save your money. You won’t get any reply from them incase if they mess up(Definitely they will)!!!!!!
