The best place in barrie for ice creamI bought three double scoops 7.00I thought wow great price.And for years ive been going there and the staff is very nice.A small location that is a nice place to go.Minet point park is next store.The owner is the nicest lady.I give them 5 stars because they are 5 star peopleThe super nice to the kids.A plus plus great job

Very sweet that they put a marshmallow inside the cone for kid, so they wouldn’t get messy. I got a tasty candy on my cone too. A loving store.

Mrs Cannings has been at this location for over 50 years serving ice cream, candy, cold drinks and selling antiques.She is extremely sweet, a great lady to speak with, and her ice cream is delicious!

We love this place. During our visit in Barrie we came here a few times. When Joye makes the cones she adds a little surprise in the cone:)While this kind of ice cream is available all over Ontario, this place has heart, a family like atmosphere, and best prices.

If you grew up going to small shops for penny candy in the 90s, this place will bring back all kinds of nostalgia. It likely hasn't changed since then, and that's perfect.You can get one scoop of ice cream for $1.50 still here. It's amazing.
