After my package was delayed for a week due to severe weather, I was able to pick it up at the depot with the help of their customer service line who verified it wasn't on a truck. Really impressed with the helpfulness and understanding from the customer service woman. That said I have to wonder why there was such an extreme delay when the weather report was for the day after my original ETA and not in our local area. Furthermore it cleared up the rest of the week yet was still delayed.

Parcel delivered to neighbours home even tho address was clearly written on package and on top of that was left in the rain! Not able to locate phone number to file complaint with Alopex Castlegar. Frustrating.

I was very happily surprised to receive my shipment on a Saturday, very much appreciated.The only thing marring this delivery is that when the driver left he peeled" away from our property. This description comes from my husband and very upset neighbor. In his haste to leave he sprayed their yard and house with road gravel
