Alicia helped me three years ago through a very difficult period in my life, sharing her experiences, listening, giving me back my self worth and helping me navigate my way through cancer survivor guilt after losing my father while going through cancer myself. Horrible experience. Friendly at first, but as soon as we sat down in her office, the tone changed. She briefly stated matter of factly how she did things, quite stern and then immediately demanded for my husband’s credit card and charged $1000 just like that before anything was done. We thought we would be getting some kind support and valuable help. Then we gave her a document to review and all she did was criticize, shame us and ask demanding questions that put us on the spot. We even had to defend ourselves and it was hard to know what to say. It was like she was trying to pit us against each other even further and create an argument. No compassion whatsoever. My husband and I were already quite emotional and this didn’t help. We were quite surprised by how things were turning out. Then she started arguing with my husband when he tried asking questions to clarify since we had never dealt with this before. After a few quick suggestions on how to change the document, she told us to come back after we had fixed it and then we could proceed. All we wanted was it notarized. Well, we both knew at that point that there was no way we were coming back just to get charged more money and be embarrassed all over again. She is only in it for the quick money.

I have been seeing Alicia since march of 2020, extremely easy to talk to. Very relatable and comfortable to be with. I have been going through marriage troubles and she is amazing at hearing all I have to say and make better understanding of it. She is very real and doesnt shy away from telling it like it is, even if it's not what you want to hear but most likely something you do......even when I dont see it, but I definitely do on the way out. Very safe and comforting environment that puts you at ease and very relaxed. She's everything I was looking for in a therapist and very in tune with a modernized way of thinking. Dont take my word for it, if you need help and are looking for a great therapist give her a call. You won't be dissapointed!

First saw Alicia in June of 2020 because of some internal struggles. Nothing to do with Covid. She was able to extract what the issues actually were and gave me the guidance I needed to properly deal with them.She’s a very good listener and also offers very good insight on situations.I was never one for therapy but now believe it was a smart choice for my life.Paul.

Alicia was recommended to me through a family member during a time when I was not ok. During my time with Alicia I learned how to become accountable for my feelings and actions, and how to view my hardships differently. She provided a safe space where I could be honest and vulnerable. She sent me on my way with suggestions and encouraged me to ask difficult questions I would have otherwise ignored. She gave me the opportunity to view my life in a more positive light and helped me see that I was worthy of both self-love and love from others. I paid out of pocked and can honestly say that she was worth every penny and I even travelled from Brantford to Milton to continue seeing her after I moved. I whole-heartedly recommend her services to anyone looking for someone to listen to them and provide guidance.
