This past weekend we had a home inspection done by Gil. His attention to detail was superb, his knowledge, experience and insight was priceless He clearly knows what he is talking about and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. We received a very thorough and detailed report promptly (same day) after he was done and it made us, especially as first time home buyers, feel more confident and empowered to proceed with our deal. I don't know where all these five stars came from. He pulled up a good show l have to admit. That is about it. Didn't even bother to go to attic or check crawlspace. The report is fancy as his show, but just copy and paste, no meat. Full of stuffs that are obvious. One other good thing he does is to pull out his wireless charging terminal. He disappeared later, no return phone calls,emails.
