My grandmother had to give up driving due to her health and we didn't know what to do with her old car. Our mechanic recommended we recycle it as it was old and unlikely it would pass a safety anymore. Robert at Logel's took our call and arranged pickup and disposal. Never figured the car had any value as it was 20 years old. Thx for efficient quick service, we appreciate it.

Called on Monday to ask about windows. Rep. Made it sound like they had what I needed in stock, once I get there it was a miscommunication and they did not. Placed an order and was told it would be in the next day (paid for it as well) The rep had no idea why it wasn't in on Tuesday and assured me it would be in the day after and offered to deliver to my door, great (or so I thought) Wednesday no sign of the window and no call from Loegels to inform why. Thursday morning the window was delivered with no protective packaging and no signature required. They left the bare glass sitting on the front porch without confirming. Proper delivery. I am very disappointed in this service and recommend anyone needing a single part to search around.

Sold my 2011 bmw 328xi to logals auto parts and as it turns out I completely forgot a carved eagle that my uncle had made for me hanging from the rear view mirror , I was heart broken thinking it was gone forever and it has a lot of sentimental value to me , my better half called Logals and they understood completely and made sure I got it back . So happy to have it back and so very thankful to Logals , they have been and will continue to be my choice of quality used auto parts !!!
