Website was down but a staff by the name of Raquel took my call and even gave me their email and crafted a custom cake 100% to my specifications. Really happy with the result and service!

Love having a DQ right around the corner from me. It's probably from the amount of equipment they have in there, but it's so extremely warm in this location. Can't really sit inside and enjoy anything without dripping sweat and melting your DQ treat

The cake was nice. But when I order a blizzard cake I expect it to be a full blizzard. Not just on the top of the cake. Disappointed

I sent in a request to have a picture printed on a birthday cake and was pleasantly surprised to see that someone at the store actually drew on the image. Kudos to whoever did it - I was more excited than the birthday kid for this cake! Cake tasted awesome as always. Thanks for your hard work!

Dairy queen on bloor, Ice cream is supposed to be a happy experience but the staff here is not helpful or knowledgeable or happy. The manager with the huge false purple eyelashes is rude and I will not go back here. Relations team should notice the consistant reviews about your staff here being unfriendly.On top of that I ended up refunding my order because they were trying to charge me $7 for a snack size blizzard because of the whip cream. I will be happy with my better tasting McDonald's McFlurry for way less down the street.
