We have bought a iron filter and repair parts for our softener from CWTS over the past 8 years or so. The price and quick delivery is great, but it is their service that shows they truly care about their customers. It is very rare that you can find service like this anymore. That is how a company keeps its customers and I will keep returning.

After extensive research both online and with local equipment suppliers, I chose to buy a new whole house carbon filter, a whole house water softener and some Mr. Drain air gap drain fittings, from Canadian Water Treatment Systems. Vlad is a pleasure to deal with. We purchased a softener, a carbon chloramine filter and a big blue sediment filter. Vlad was able to come out and do the install within a few days and did a phenomenal job. Super clean install, very impressed!

A big part of the customer experience is the customer service and Vlad provided excellent customer service. He answered all my questions (of which I had a lot of them), and did so very quickly.I ordered the water softener with chlorine removal and Vlad shipped it right away and I had it in less than week. I assembled the unit and had it up and running within a couple hours. The unit seems like top quality and so far (after about 3 weeks) has been working very well. He uses the standard valve systems (I ordered the clack unit) and should have parts available widely. We have noticed a great improvement in water quality.The price was quite a bit less than his competitors and he offered free shipping, but I think Vlad is a smaller company with less overhead, so his prices are very reasonable.
